Is it possible to shuffle around my subscription billing date?

While we can't offer the flexibility of changing the billing date, you can always choose to skip the charges for a month and await your next scheduled delivery.

What is the minimum for wholesale orders?

The minimum order value for wholesale orders is $500 per order.

How do I check the amount of points I have?

To check your balance, go to your account and click on the Rewards tab. There, you'll be able to check your earned points, the points you've redeemed, and your general Rewards Program activity. Your balance will always be displayed up to date.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer to Edobles?

No! You can refer as many people to us as you'd like. For every person you refer that makes a $50 purchase, you get 2,500 Edobles points ($25 value). For every 5 people referred, you'll get an extra 2,500 points, bringing your total to $150 in points!

Will I get a free gift card every time I submit the form?

No, only one gift card is allowed per customer. Once you enter your email address, you will no longer be eligible to win another gift card. Additionally, we only allow one giveaway gift card per shipping address.

How can I check if my gift card is active or inactive?

To determine if a gift card is active or inactive, navigate to the Gift Cards section in your account. You'll see two categories: active and inactive gift cards.

For active gift cards, you'll be able to view the original value, your current balance, and any expiration dates that apply.

Inactive gift cards are those that have either expired or have no remaining balance. If you believe a gift card was incorrectly marked as inactive, reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

I enabled the app but it’s not working.

If you enabled the app but are not getting push notifications, please go to your Account, whether on the app or on your browser, and click on Notifications. Once there, ensure you have enabled push notifications for order & shipment updates and/or special in-app offers.

If your push notifications are enabled from your account but they are still not working:

On Android:

  1. Open your device's Settings
  2. Go to "Notifications & Status Bar" and then "App Notifications"
  3. Toggle “Allow Notifications” on Edobles.

On iPhone:

  1. Open your device’s Settings.
  2. Open Edobles in the Settings.
  3. Tap “Notifications”
  4. Toggle “Allow Notifications” on.

Are there any limitations to your coupons?

Yep, we have a one coupon per customer per sale policy. Trying to reuse coupons or discount codes through multiple accounts or addresses will unfortunately lead to your discounts being invalidated and your order being cancelled.

Will my order be processed the same day my card is charged?

Yes, once your card is charged, your order will start processing that same day. At this point, you also have the option to select a monthly subscription plan, which will set in motion charges and shipments.

What does 'pending' status mean?

If your order status is 'pending' when you check your account, it means we've received your order and it's being prepped for shipment. Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours after purchase. Once your order's en route, your order status will be updated and you'll get your tracking number. We'll also ping you an email with your tracking info. Your package should arrive within 2 business days via UPS.

If I toss in non-subscription items into my subscription order, is shipping still on the house?

Absolutely, shipping charges will apply for orders under $100 that include non-subscription items. Free shipping comes as a perk strictly with subscription orders.

Are there discounts for larger wholesale orders?

We often offer discounts and coupons for wholesale orders, on top of the already discounted prices calculated for wholesale orders specifically.

Do rewards points expire?

Yes, rewards points expire after 18 months.

Can gift cards be returned?

No, gift cards are non-refundable.

Can I see if the person I referred made a purchase?

To see if the person you’ve referred has already made a purchase at Edobles, head over to the Rewards tab in your account.

There, you’ll see any Edobles points you’ve gained from purchases made by your referrals. Please keep in mind that purchases made by referees may not appear immediately on your dash. They will only appear once the order has been shipped. 

I haven’t received my giveaway gift card.

While your gift card will usually get delivered to your email immediately after entering the contest, it could take up to 24 hours. If it has been more than 1 day since you signed up and you still haven’t received your gift card, please contact our customer support team

Can I use retail coupons for wholesale purchases?

No, retail coupons are not applicable to wholesale purchases. Wholesalers may, however, apply wholesale coupons and discounts received via email on top of our already discounted prices calculated specifically for wholesale orders.

How long before points appear on my account?

Rewards points will appear on your account immediately after the redeeming action is complete.

How can I earn points by referring people?

To earn points via referrals, simply send your sign up link to a friend and have them sign up using that link. Once they spend over $50 on a purchase while logged into their account, you'll receive 2,500 reward points!
