If the tracker says 'delivered' but your package is nowhere to be found, get in touch with the shipping agent or your local post office. Remember, sometimes delivery and tracking updates can take some time to update.

As a part of our subscription arrangement, we require you to register as a member on our site. Looking to halt your subscription? Simply navigate to your account page, click on the "Subscriptions" tab on the side menu, locate the subscription you'd like to suspend, and click "cancel." This will immediately stop any future subscription deliveries and payments, but don't fret, you're always welcome to resubscribe or start a fresh subscription at any time!

Returns: At Edobles, we keep it cool and straightforward. If you have an unopened product you wish to return, we've got a 30-day window post-delivery for you. Make sure the item is untouched, still in its initial packaging, and don't forget the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used items, or if your return request sails past the 30-day mark after delivery.

Refunds: As soon as we receive your return, we'll inspect it and shoot you an email confirming its receipt, letting you know the verdict on your refund request. If all systems are go for your refund, we'll get that processed, and a credit will find its way to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.

You can redeem your Rewards points for gift cards, free products, and more. Rewards start at 2,500 points, but the more points you have, the bigger the rewards you can get!

You can earn points several ways. Here's a quick breakdown:

• You get 500 points for creating an account.
• You get 2,500 points for referring friends who spend more than $50 on their first purchase, and an extra 2,500 points for every 5 people referred.
• You get 10 points for every $1 spent at our store.
• You get 100 points for leaving a review. 

You can purchase a gift card the same way you would any other product. Visit our Gift Cards page to purchase one or, if you're a member of our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem a gift card, granted you have enough points. 

To redeem a gift card, simply enter your gift card code in the 'Gift Card' field at checkout. To find your gift card code, visit look through Your Orders in your Account. You can also check your email to find your code. Every time you purchase a gift card, we'll send you an email with your code within a few minutes. 

To check your balance, visit our Gift Card Balance page and enter your unique gift card code and the email used to purchase the gift card. There, you can see your gift card's remaining balance.

No, gift cards do not expire.

When you refer someone to our site, you'll get 2,500 Edobles rewards points ($25 value) once they create an account and make a purchase of at least $50. 

For every 5 people referred who make purchases reaching or exceeding the $50 threshold, you'll get an extra 2,500 points, totaling about $150 in points!

To refer someone to shop with us, head over to your account and click on the Rewards tab. There, you’ll find an option to enter any email address you’d like.

Click “Invite” after adding all email addresses and we’ll take it from there! They’ll receive an email with an invitation to join Edobles' reward program (and a 60% OFF coupon to use on their first purchase!). 

There are no limits to the number of referrals and rewards. You can refer as many people as you want! 

A gift card is a payment form that can be used to make purchases at Edobles in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.
