How do I install the app on an Android?

To install the app on an Android, follow these simple steps:

  1. Tap the "three dot" icon in the upper right of this browser & select ”Add to Home Screen” or “Install App”, depending on your Android device or browser.
  2. You should now see a new Edobles application icon on your phone’s Home Screen.
  3. Open the Edobles app by tapping the new app icon.
  4. Once the app is open, you will be prompted to allow push notifications. Enable push notifications.
  5. That’s it! You will now receive valuable push notifications and 500 reward points!

What kinds of products can I check out with using Sezzle?

You can purchase any of our products using Sezzle, except for product subscriptions. 

Can I reuse a coupon or use it after it has expired?

Most of our coupons, like a great party, are a one-time thing and they do have an expiration date. But, keep an eye on our website and be sure to sign up for the latest updates and information. After all, we throw multiple parties throughout the year (and give out multiple discounts!)
 

Can I pile up multiple coupons for a single purchase — like coupon stacking?

At Edobles, we're all about quality, not quantity. So, we let you use only one coupon or discount per purchase. This rule extends to promotions and other discounts as well.

My card was charged but I'm still waiting for my package to be processed. What now?

If you get an error when ordering and no confirmation email, it could be a hiccup with the billing address. Check in with your bank to verify your billing details. Remember, we don't hold onto these funds, your bank does and will typically release them back to your account within 2-3 business days.

Can you tell me when my order will arrive?

After we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday; no weekend processing or shipping). During high volume periods, processing may take up to 72 business hours. Delivery times usually vary between 3-5 business days depending on your location and may be affected by inclement weather, holidays, or backorders.

My order "Needs Payment." What does this mean?

Your order was received, but we’re still awaiting payment to fulfill it. This is usually related to product subscriptions with a failed payment. You may need to update your credit or debit card before we can process and ship your order.

To change your Subscription payment method: 

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab in your Account.
  2. Click "View" on the subscription item you wish to edit. 
  3. Click on the Edit icon next to "Payment Details"
  4. Select the existing payment method you wish to use or add add a new card.
  5. If using an existing payment method, click on it and save your changes. If adding a new payment method, fill out your information and save your changes.

How long after I order will my products arrive?

Your order will arrive 3-5 business days after placement. 

Where do I send my return?

For your return, send it to our Fulfillment Center at 2252 Mason Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.

What's the deadline for cancelling a subscription before the next billing cycle hits?

You have the power to cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before the billing date rolls around, or you can choose to press pause on that month's subscription and resume with the next scheduled delivery.

My referee has not received an email. What do I do?

If your referee didn’t get an email from us, tell them to look in their spam inbox.

If the email isn't there either, you can find your referral code on your account under the Rewards tab. You can share this code manually and all your referee needs to do is use it during checkout to get you your Edobles points.

Do giveaway gift cards expire?

Yes, our giveaway gift cards expire one month from the day you receive it.

But don't worry, you won't be able to hold on to it that long, because when you use your free gift card in conjunction with our sales and promotions, the savings are endless!

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3–5 days) is free within the United States for orders over $99 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Orders under $99 incur a $9.99 shipping fee.

Why wasn't I approved for Sezzle?

To be eligible for Sezzle, you'll need to be at least 18 years old, have a U.S. or Canadian phone number that receives texts, be able to verify your email address and provide a payment method like a debit or credit card. Diamond does not handle approvals or denials for Sezzle use. If you have any questions about your approval or rejection on Sezzle, please contact Sezzle directly. 

Can I get a raincheck for a promotion that's out of stock or save it for later?

No, our promotions, just like a good vibe, are all about the moment. If a product is out of stock, the promotion won't extend beyond the designated timeframe.

What if my discount code has expired?

Your discount code might have run its course, but just as happy days follow sad ones, so too do new discounts and offers come about here ad Edobles. Stay tuned for future discount codes, and don't hesitate to contact us if you're facing any issues.

Why do you need to confirm I'm old enough to order your products?

Due to certain state and federal laws, and because we like to play it safe at Edobles, we need to check your age for certain purchases or to access our website.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

We've switched things up with a new online returns and exchange system. On our returns page, key in your order number and the email you used to place the order. Our system will guide you through selecting the items you'd like to return or exchange. You'll get a return shipping label to print out and use. Once we've received and checked out your return, our customer service will get your reimbursement underway.

What's your policy regarding returns on sale or discounted products?

Got a refund request for a sale or discounted item? No problem, but just know that refunds will be for the amount you paid, not the original price tag of the item.
