The tablets can't be beat. Smart to ship, pack, carry, etc. I still love powder to mix into my drinks and desserts but these for daily.
Loving the "V" but I have to be cautious not to get dehydrated! It not only curbs the munchies but I'll forget to keep up with my water. Several friends have loved the results for weight control when I've gifted it.
I absolutely love the starchy powdered products, isolates, drinks, etc. This tablet is number one for practical, daily use. Powders for ice creams, drinks, etc but a couple tablets in a pocket is a happier day.
