Gift Cards

A gift card is a payment form that can be used to make purchases at Edobles in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.

To check your gift card balance, its expiration date, or to find your gift card code, please visit your account's Gift Cards tab.

You can purchase a gift card the same way you would any other product. Visit our Gift Cards page to purchase one or, if you're a member of our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem a gift card, granted you have enough points. 

To redeem a gift card, simply enter your gift card code in the 'Gift Card' field at checkout. To find your gift card code, visit look through Your Orders in your Account. You can also check your email to find your code. Every time you purchase a gift card, we'll send you an email with your code within a few minutes. 

To check your balance, visit our Gift Card Balance page and enter your unique gift card code and the email used to purchase the gift card. There, you can see your gift card's remaining balance.

If you’re already logged into the account used to purchase the gift card, you can visit the Gift Cards tab on your account page, where you'll see your active and inactive gift cards and the remaining balance of any gift cards currently active. 

Gift cards you purchased will not expire. Any gift card claimed from a promotion or sale, however, expires 30 days from claiming.
