I’m not sure I’m truly “qualified” to be writing a review because as a 50-something-year-old, I’m actually super new to this genre of product! That being said I was scared to take a whole one and quartered it. Started with a 1/4. An hour or so later, took another 1/4. And I felt- great! Just chill.
