Very strong, just love them, it lasted for over 6 hours, i would buy this product again, Sometimes I half to cut them in half
These are so great and do what they advertise! I started with a half gummy and that was too much for me, they are so potent that they relax, calm, and sedate me so well that I don't need more than that, and a quarter puts me in a perfect chill state to relax in the evenings or weekend. I know there will be a day I will use a half or whole gummy though.
I don't take these daily, but rather when I'm in need of a solid night of sleep. Take one about an hour before bedtime, and I get 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep!
