Chaga Sclerotia Products (Sleep)

Chaga is a fungus that commonly grows on Birch trees in boreal forests. The form of Chaga used for nutritional products, however, is actually not a mushroom, but rather a sclerotia, or a mass of fungal cells that stores nutrients for when a fungus is ready to make a mushroom.

Chaga sclerotia contains a high amount of polyphenols, which act as antioxidants. Additionally, it has antiapoptotic properties that aid in brain health as well as benefits for skin health.  

They might at low dosages. However, our Sleep Edibles were formulated to help you catch some Z’s, so a much better option for a meditative state would be our Balance or Calm Edibles. The effects of the ingredients in these products can help clear your mind, making it easier to enter a state of relaxation and focus that's conducive to a deeper meditation or yoga experience.

Although there is currently no medically recommended dosage for Chaga sclerotia, it is generally well-tolerated and considered safe for human consumption when taken in moderation. That said, it may interact with common medications, so be sure to consult with your doctor before using Chaga.
