I am always waking up with past trauma. I do take when I get up. After about 30-40 min my entire body calms down.
For what I was expecting they seem a bit tame until an event triggers the mood change. That event change then keeps you at a enhanced level for the duration. For the time of day or social event attending I may need to order something a bit stronger. Recommendation?
